This section applies if you have purchased a product (Having It Allâ„¢ hard copy only) No refunds are given for digital download products. Hard-copy product returns will be allowed for up to 90 days after the date of purchase. In order to be eligible, a refund request must be submitted in writing (via email ) within the allowable 90-day refund period. Product must be returned in its entirety in perfect reusable fashion to Ria Ventures P.O. Box 1951, Rancho Santa Fe, CA 92067. Refunds will be issued minus the cost of shipping and handling. Refund requests will be processed within four ( 4 ) weeks of the date on which the returned product is received by Ria Ventures personnel. Unless otherwise indicated at the time of purchase, no refunds may be obtained for the purchase of downloadable or virtual products of any kind. This policy may be amended or updated at any time.
