Great video. I know that you can’t provide the special sauce in these short videos but I wanted to suggest a follow up video: your talk about working ON your business instead of IN your business (of course i learned this from you). If you apply the focus you are speaking about and harness it in the correct direction you can achieve exponential growth versus linear growth. I know that today’s economic environment is tough and might be a reason why some biz owners aggressively look to cut costs, but be careful where they are cut.
