This chapter is amazing. All the research you have done one the brain is really remarkable. Thank you… I read about a book a week; the majority on self-help and self improvement and I’ve got to say this was hands down the most interesting and intriguing book I’ve ever read. Keep up the good work!!

John,
I have the book and am enjoying it… I do have a question though, if a person is making a career change how does one balance his/her time? You already have the normal 9-5 and now you want to switch careers, not to mention family, not to mention making time to meditate and visualize, etc… How would suggest a person break down their day?
Thanks in advance.
