From the shock I became mentaly ill. One of my friend took me to see Dr Chen, medical doctor in 4 languages. He introduced me to meditation. Meditation cured me and it seems I don't have MS. I stayed friend with Dr. Chen and learned more about his eastern philosofy. After few years I slowly let meditation go out of our daily life. When I bought your program...Having it all..you comfirmed what Dr Chen thought me. Right of way I know what you saying and the research of the brain and it's power is an excellent knowledge. You make it so easy to understand. My husband an I are so commited now to listen to and make the necessary change in our life. I ordered the Vision Board Kit as well. Looking forward receiving it.
