The Power of Your Intentions

Hi Friends,

How powerful are your intentions? Well, according to some of the latest research they are very powerful and can have a significant effect on your life and results when you learn the right process for setting your intentions and connecting with the infinite intelligence that governs all of life.

We are finding scientific evidence beyond a shadow of a doubt that we are in fact creating our own reality and results, and the whole process begins with your conscious and unconscious thoughts.

For years I have been studying and applying the best that science has to offer us and here is a great way for you to apply some of what I have learned to manifest whatever you desire.

Upon waking from sleep, sit quietly with your eyes closed. First begin with a few deep breaths to get centered by inhaling in through your nose and exhaling through your nose 5-10 times. As you do this, release all tension and thought as you relax into an alpha brain wave frequency. The alpha frequency is a lower-frequency brain wave to send your intentions into the quantum field of all possibilities. When we are in an awakened state, we are mostly in a faster brain wave frequency called beta. Beta frequencies are conducive to day to day activities and work but are not the most conducive to manifesting your intentions.

Think of your brain as a radio that can receive and send out signals. When you enter an alpha frequency you are “switching” stations from receiving to sending mode when you focus on a very clear intention. Alpha can also be accessed to receive messages and thoughts from the quantum field, the part of the universe you cannot see with your eyes. If you’ve ever been in the shower and a great idea has popped into your brain, chances are you were in an alpha brain wave state.

Ok, so now that you have the first part down, decide in advance what is your intention. It can be an answer to something you need or a person you want to attract or manifest something like money or a soul mate. Once this choice is made and you are in an alpha state, simply focus on the end result you want and make it as real as possible by imagining that your intention has happened already.

While you are imagining, get totally into the emotional feeling that your intention has already occurred and then let it go. This is the part most people have a hard time with because they want immediate evidence that something is happening. The universe will show you evidence when your belief in the universe’s power matches your intention. In other words, you will see it when you believe it, not the other way around. Believe, and the belief will become your reality.

This is a daily ritual that the best manifestors in the world do everyday and it will change your life.

    Hi John,

    Great post here.

    I’ve had a similar experience with meditation recently, entering the alpha state. My intentions are manifest more quickly since entering into a zone of no time, and when playing the quantum field properly with techniques like that which you shared, time ceases to exist.

If you share freely of your ideas, experiences, advice and good will, you are opening another doorway to prosperity.

    There is a difference between giving freely of your experiences and having your ideas and notions stolen (which has happened to me in the past). Giving advice and assistance to others in a form which permits them to move their life forward, is an indication of your true warmth and sincerity.

    When you are on a path to prosperity and true abundance in your life, open the door so others may share your information and ideas and create a wonderful and enlightened future for themselves: Based not solely on your information, but on their connection to the material they receive. This is exactly what John does: I wholeheartedly applaud him for that act of selflessness.

    The Universe smiles warmly on those who show genuine warmth towards and give succor freely and happily, to others. There is an old saying and it goes something like this: ‘Give and you shall receive’.

    Never be afraid to share your success with others: It truly does come back to you and often in quite extraordinary ways.

    Je suis en daccord avec Kieran. I agree completely. There is no secret without action, reaction and involvement in the process of the universe. Kieran says “The link is the energy and focus behind the intention. Put the warmth of your heart behind the communication.” I think the key to this statement is also being in the moment and acting spontaneously from a place a love and reciprocity to the vibrations that are being received.     All my life a have been fasinated by the minde,spirit&soul and the daynamics between tham.
    I always belived in the the power of intention,The inner power inside each one of us,That energy that drive by our emotions,that power in ourself that push us to moove,The power of phaith,The power of life.
    After all,Life is aboutdaynamic,non stoping moovment energy…you just have to look at the nature to see and undrstand it.
    That is for me,the power of intention.
    Anyway,I have always belived it.
    Naturally i looked for humen suport for my believes but,The only suport i found was in bookes and in my spirit ..
    Than i sow your intreviue in Israel,And i felt like wowww,At last!! As it happend, I was in New- York when you were in Israel so I could’t come to your lecture while you were here,I didn’t knowe you’ I have red a lot of book like anthony roberts and jeck kenfilde and Dr. dayer,i read a lot of this kind of bookes,About the humen mind and spirit,But i have never red your boo s I just felt i need to here you,So i searched for your intrevuie when i got back from New-York and,You lifted my spirit so high!But more than that,You thoched my hart and inspaired my minde,And it was the way you did it,With warm and open hart with joe and clean soul,I felt a present of an incrediable intelegent souls, it made me feel peaceful and full of energy,I felt like home!
    There a saing :”There is no such place home in life,But there are times ,when all the roades meet in a crosrode and then, Everthing feels for a moument like home”
    That’s how i felt!
