Stop the fight

Have you ever wondered why you have the desire to want more in and of your life?

Every one of us has the desire to grow and expand beyond our current condition and that is perfectly normal.

I’d like to suggest that the reason you want to grow and expand is because that is what your spiritual side wants.

You and I are spiritual in nature and we happen to have a body and a brain.

Spirit always wants fuller and limitless expression because Spirit knows no boundary except the ones we mortal humans place on ourselves.

There is a constant fight that goes on between the body, wanting comfort and homeostasis, and our spiritual side, which is limitless and endless.

The reason we desire and seek greatness in our life is because we are capable of it.

The higher side of our being wants to express itself through you and me and it’s our responsibility to accept the dreams, goals and passion that stir our hearts and souls.

It is spirit wanting to create and manifest on the physical plane. You and I could not have the thoughts and desires we have without the ability to fulfill them.

Our spirit uses our body to accomplish things here on earth. It is our destiny to be, have, create and become all that we desire.

Take this moment to reconnect with everything you want to do, everything you want to be, everything you want to contribute and know that all you have to do is choose and spirit moves immediately to help you accomplish whatever you desire.

Waste not your life in silent desperation to have more. Expect more and ask for more, go for more and please…… don’t forget to give more.

Very well stated. We do ask for more and want more and we seem to forget we need to give more. If we can not give money,THEN we can always give a smile to the person we pass on the street, open a door for someone or let someone in in traffic instead of thinkig WE are more important and have to get there first.
Just showing we care in small ways has huge value. Thanks for reminding us!

I love the statements about our spirits knowing no bounderies and having no limits, someone said to me that, sometimes people don’t care what you know, they only want to know that you care, i have started to pay more attention to comments like that because i’m finding truth in them

Thanks for the reminder that we can have whatever we desire, and I plan on doing that and will contribute greatly to share with others.

I totally agree. However, the fight between my body wanting comfort, my mind wanting control and security and my spirit wanting to expand is often exhausting- so that I am tempted to give up. Do you have any suggestions on how to allign your mind with your spirit? Please let us know.

This is the best description that I have ever seen of this topic. It is so freeing, so promising, and so much of a fact. Is it possible for us to treat this information as a reality and live our daily lives by it? It starts we each of us. I would like to see the world a better place. So I am starting at this moment to live by this statement. Will you join me?

What a wonderful thought to hold, that our Spirit knows no boundaries or limits. I realise it is just fear that keeps us from following our Spirit. thanks John for the reminder.

We’re all connected – that’s an irrefutable fact. All matter is energy and energy is light. Therefore, we’re connected to our spiritual and from that, comes our connection to infinite knowledge and wisdom.

Too often we’re shackled by what we don’t know and never allow ourselves the freedom to move with the power of what we do know. The vast majority of this knowledge comes from within – based on our senses. It’s an interpretation, built almost solely on our perception of the world around us and our interaction with other people and situations, when we lack trust in our inner being.

Therefore John, what you write makes perfect sense. We need to allow ourselves the freedom to experience everything possible on this physical and all other planes. We need to give ourselves the freedom to step out of the shadow which hangs over most of us for a great deal of our lives. Allow our spirit the freedom to grow – it is after all our teacher and if we have the faith to allow our spirit the freedom to flourish and never allow ourselves to be tied down with fear, doubt, greed, anger, lust, dishonesty, spite or indecision, we will begin to experience the incredible freedom of knowledge, wisdom and growth. This in turn, opens the doors to success and abundance in our lives.

Self expression needs an outlet and the scope to propel us to even greater heights. No matter how high you climb, there is always room for further growth and development and because we are light/energy, our potential is limitless – confined only by our physical form and our inherent disbelief of our own incredible power.

Allow yourself to dream. Paint that canvas of possibilities in incredible, vivid and warm colours, with compassion and clarity.

Never be afraid of what you may achieve in your lifetime. Instead, abandon the shackles which hold you back, when you falter at the thought of what you may not achieve. Make every day a positive step towards attaining everything you desire. See success and abundance in all its glory. Feel the wonderful texture and make it a part of everything you are.

The only constraint in life, is applied by our own imaginations. Dare to dream and put those plans into action today. Stop that internal fight right here – right now. Believe its your right to be successful and go for it. You will be amazed.

    Cheers,

    Kieran

Yes, thanks for the reminder. Understanding that this is a struggle between my physical body and my spirit has lightened the burden very much.

    Hey Vaz,

I fully concur. Last year, my wife Suzanne and I were invited to a very special wedding in Philadelphia.

At the time, we didn’t believe we would be able to attend, as we had to travel from Sydney Australia and at the time, funds were tight and neither of us could get time away from our work.

I truly wanted to be there because it was the wedding of the son of my teacher in eighth grade quite a few years ago. I truly wanted to be there.

I visualised the flight and actually sitting at the wedding, enjoying a brilliant night with some long standing friends.

This wonderful vision continued for several months, even after we indicated our probable inability to attend.

Literally, eight days before the wedding, we were able to secure the time off from our busy schedules. Frequent flyer seats became available which enabled us to undertake the wonderful journey.

We actually spent time in Philadelphia, San Francisco and LA with friends who couldn’t believe how the trip came about.

I never gave up the idea of spending time at the wedding and having a wonderful three weeks with our friends on both sides of the country.

I visualised every aspect of the journey and never gave up hope. My dreams were in vivid colour and I spent quality time building the perfect trip.

It can and does happen if you believe in what you want, have faith in yourself and are always persistent.

The bigger the dream, the bigger the reality.

I wanted it to happen: I believed in it beyond question as a reality and it materialised, much as I believe it would.

Never lose sight of your dreams and never give up. There is so much to experience, if we only have the faith and courage to dream.

Never have fear for what you may achieve: Instead be afraid of what you may not!

    Regards,

    Kieran
