In the early 80’s I was diagnosed to have MS. From the shock I became mentaly ill. One of my friend took me to see Dr Chen, medical doctor in 4 languages. He introduced me to meditation.
Meditation cured me and it seems I don’t have MS. I stayed friend with Dr. Chen and learned more about his eastern philosofy. After few years I slowly let meditation go out of our daily life.
