Petting your dog, doing crafts etc...
    ANOTHER WAY!
WHILE your in the shower. Before you wash your body. Visualize the water from the shower head coming down your body. Starting at the top of your head going down your entire body to your toes.
       THIS  washes/releases all negativity in your body. See &#38; feel all NEGATIVITY going down the drain. 
Try it. You'll feel light &#38; refreshed.

I love to read, learn all I can, but mostly share what I know with others. 

SO, John if you don't mind, I'd love to share with everyone what I feel is a really helpful CD. 

It's called "Getting In The Gap" By: Dr. Wayne Dyer. 
It deals with chanting &#38; saying Lords Prayer. 
Doing this helps put your chakras in place. 

According to Edgar Cayce, he explains all about this in one of his books. 

***But, One most important thing I've learned about meditating**** 
***YOU MUST first surround your self with a GOLDEN or WHITE LIGHT of PROTECTION coming down from heaven.
*** Visulize it covering your whole body as if your in a bubble.*** 
       WHY!
It keeps anything negative coming in while your in your own world of meditation!

		<description>"The Answer" has really changed my life. Everyone around me day to day can see a difference. That is so exciting! 

I started meditating everyday becuase you recomend it in the book, along with visions and then affirmations. 

At first, it was hard to meditate and be still for just 5 mins. That was a month ago. Now anything less than 10 mins seems to fly by! I've found that closing my eyes, sitting up right, with music playing (ranging from new age, ambient to soundtrack scores) works best for me. I think about my visions and anything that makes me happy. Sometimes if I'm having a hard time getting into it, I'll look at my screensaver on my computer, which is set to scroll through all of my "vision board" pictures on my computer.

I found that meditation is the best way to start your day. Make the time for yourself early in the morning  anywhere between 20 to 30 minutes a day to have quiet time with out any  noise, you may even do it while you driving with out any music. creat a great day</description>
