I like this very much. I had already realized that when after several times buying lottery y haven't got any prize. I was thinking about what was wrong in my way of buying the bills and I realized that as most of people I was playing lottery but I'm not thinking of winning it. One day I changed my thought to "what I want is to win is 200,000 pesos, not the first place with millions of pesos before this month is over". So I started buying with this thought everyday and one or two days after the month was over, I got 1,000 pesos, much less than 200,000 pesos but much more than any prize I received. Then I thought that I had to repeat that thought but using more faith. But my point here is that I got a prize greater than any prize I had got as a consecuence of thinking I was going to win if I played.

Hi John!
I want to thank you for the brilliant seminar on Monday! I enjoyed it so much! Before the lunch break I had a few questions I wanted to ask you, but then during the afternoon you answered all of them! I especially appreciate the useful tools you gave us, which was my main aim for the seminar. I am working diligently on my work sheets, and am loving every moment of it!
So once again, thank you! You are the best!

Making excuses about negative outcomes has been a habit of mine. Now I make sure to know what I am getting into before hand and utilizing tools at my disposal to gain the upper hand. Thanks for the blog John. Happy Holidays to You, Maria and the Kiddos.

Hey John,

Great blog post. I actually didnt know you had time to watch tv. lol. :-)
As you know I DayTrade commodiites which is in exact correlation with Poker. John, in noticed you said, "If they really wanted to win, wouldn’t they become more talented and educated?"
That is true in life, but a trap when it comes to trading or gambling. The primary reason is that both games have complete random outcomes. Each and every trade or game will be different from the last. In order for the outcome to be exactly the same as before, you would need the same people with with each of their belief systems to create the exact outcome. Which is impossible. So you can see how both games have complete random outcomes.
So more education will just continue to made decisions based on what has happened in the past. (even though you still need to hone your skills)
As you know are brains see patterns and images and link what we see in the physical world to our past circumstances, giving us our level of awareness and emotions in the present moment.
The key for consistant success is to have an edge (applied knowledge) and trade or gamble that edge without emotion getting in the way. Hence, always following your edge faithfully.
You have to treat every moment in the game as unique and different from the last. Once this mindset becomes a belief your brain can not send signals of doubts, fear and anxiety because it cant link any previous emotional experience to the present moment.(an example of being wrong or losing money will trigure us to lose focus of the present moment)
Hence, allowing yourself to complety raise your level of awareness and not interpreting the evidence as threatening. Letting you consistanly reap the rewards and trade your edge to the fullest over the other players because, now the odds are in your favour.
You will now have a clear mind with a high level of awareness.

Thanks
Ryan

Hi John, I love going to Vegas. Any casino for that matter, I used to think it was an adiction but have found that I can take it or leave it, I plan the trip ahead of time and have that to look forward to. I win some, loose more, the process is what is fun to me. I usually go with fun people and we all have fun. I know when to "hold um" like my late father used to say. My life is a wonderful one, I live in abundance, I am a very positive person. I love my life. I know I deserve the best there is to get, I've found that money is an energy, you have to spend some to get more, the universe is awsome that way.

WOW! I just came back from Vegas, I usually come out even, I do not win much but I don't loose much either. But I also was always thinking I was there just for fun and (unconciously)expecting to loose what I brought to "play".
Thanks for the blog
